ISA INTERCHILE’s social management is developed under the following approaches:

 

• Mandatory social management: It complies with legal obligations within the framework of the projects we develop, specifically with management measures to mitigate the impact caused by business activity on social systems and their interrelationships. Therefore, it is expressed in the Human Environment component, specifically in the studies requested by the environmental authority, with special emphasis on socio-environmental management plans and all the requirements where environmental licenses and certifications are necessary.

 

• Complementary social management: It is carried out to prevent and mitigate social risks during the life cycle of the asset, thus contributing to its acceptance and viability.

 

• Voluntary social management: These are contributions that the company makes at its own discretion to fulfill commitments with stakeholders.
